← Railex System 520 Lifting conveyors set up at inspection stations. The 520 conveyors are at 60 degrees. Once the highly specialized garments are inspected the 520 conveyors lift and then transfer the garments onto a Railex System 420 pin conveyor. Railex System 420 Pin Conveyor with pneumatic and fixed take off sorts the garments according to inputs from an inspection station further up-stream. One of the challenges of this installation was a tight corner and moving garments into another room for further processing. The entire system is suspended from a concrete ceiling with System 200 hardware. →
