Railex System 520 Lifting conveyors set up at inspection stations. The 520 conveyors are at 60 degrees. Once the highly specialized garments are inspected the 520 conveyors lift and then transfer the garments onto a Railex System 420 pin conveyor.

← Railex System 520 Lifters Feeding System 420 Pin Conveyor. The lifters are bringing GOH up at 60 degrees and automatically feeding a Railex System 420 pin conveyor. Each lifter is set up with a senor system so that the garments are fed onto the line without colliding with any garments already on the 420 pin conveyor. Railex System 420 Pin Conveyor Pneumatic Transfer for taking garments off the line and onto slick rail. The Pneumatic transfer is activated by a system that automatically inspects the garment and then signals the system where to dispatch the garment. →
